Amanda is our agency manager and leads the property management team. She has a wealth of experience having worked in the property sector for over 20 years. She is extremely customer service focused with a cheerful and practical approach to problem solving. A calm, happy and family orientated person.

Mark Parker Sales Manager / Valuer

Mark leads our sales division. Having worked in the property industry for over 28 years in the Home Counties he is passionate about property. He specialises in sales and letting valuations and negotiations and has earned a reputation for high levels of customer service backed by fast sales turnarounds.

Leone Ashby Director

Leone leads the team at Harry Charles. With a passion for property sales and management, she advises and helps clients achieve their property goals in sales and lettings. After completing her degree in Business Studies, Leone worked in the beauty industry working as marketing director for Molton Brown. She set up Cluttercation, a bespoke service decluttering homes. She started managing Harry Charles in 2019. Based in Watford this bespoke family run agency provides clients with services across the board with Sales, Lettings and Management. Leone also heads up the interiors side of the business, which is a unique offering helping clients maximise their property asset.

Derek Mullen joins us with great experience in the sales arena. He is passionate and hardworking, building the Harry Charles business Derek Mullen joined the team in 2024 with great experience in the sales arena. His passion for customer service and driving the business forward means he is a great asset to the team. Amie Rhodes Lettings Negotiator

Amie joined the team in 2023. She has superb organisation and communication skills and is quickly becoming a star Negotiator, specialising in Lettings. Amie graduated from West Herts College with a level 3 in Psychology, Health and Social Care. She has started her career in Estate Agency and is now a fully trained Lettings Negotiator. Her passion for properties and customer service means she gives our prospective tenants all the help they need to find their perfect rental. Amie's hobbies are horse riding and biking. And she loves looking after animals.

Jenny Porterfield Property Manager

Jenny joined the team in 2023 having been in property management for the past 10 years. She manages our properties in the Hemel Hempstead, Kings and Abbotts Langleys and our village properties. She is also our fire protection expert and HMO specialist.

With extensive local knowledge having lived in the Watford area, Tracy prides herself on her attention to detail and customer care.
